OUR TEAM

Affecto Consulting Services LLP is founded by Manoj K Cyriac and Suvarna Koppiker. They have a collective experience of nearly four decades in Information Technology. They are driven by a common passion in education, training and skill building to empower individuals to meet their full potential and align them for industry relevant skills.

Manoj K Cyriac has a diverse career of over 19 years with a strong blend of leadership, technology, teaching, training and entrepreneurial skills.

Manoj has 17 years of Information Technology experience and his career spans technology delivery for global banking majors, program and project management, project management office, operations management, people development and change management.

Manoj is an Adjunct Professor of Data Science at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bengaluru, since 2017.

Manoj left his fulltime career in 2017 to pursue his passion to work in the education sector, human development and entrepreneurship.

Suvarna Koppiker is a Senior Information Technology Professional with 25 years of experience in the Information Technology space. She has rich experience in areas spanning across Training, Project & Program Management, Technology Delivery, Business Operations, Strategic initiatives and Delivery Excellence. She has led large geographically dispersed teams supporting Global Clients with an excellent track record in leadership and people management.

Suvarna left her fulltime career in 2017 to pursue her interests in education and people development.

Suvarna volunteers with an NGO that empowers visually challenged by providing them access to technology training and skills.
